Winding up to bind some more leather books soon. I am considering investing in a parchment thin leather for binding purposes as my current stock of leather is 2-3oz and I doubt I can pare the leather properly. I have random stacks of folded signatures of various sizes lying around already just need to get the drive to sew them. This time around I would like to embellish the covers a bit either with tooling which I will probably fail miserably at or silver wiring, end caps, or latches and such. The only thing holding me back form that is finding proper rivets.
